20M - EH Antenna - 2"

I received the dimensions for this antenna from Jack Arnold W0KPH. I had to convert the coil information from #12 house wiring to # 14 enamel wire. I constructed the antenna and then tuned it to the low end of the band for use on PSK 31 frequency (14.070 Mhz). At resonance the impedane is 25 ohms. Use an antenna turner to match the antenna to the transceiver. My first contact was a W2 operating 20 watts on PSK 31.

This antenna will have a larger bandwidth than the antenna constructed with 1" cylinders.
